  The rent includes all services: water, electricity, gas, internet, room and bathroom cleaning. The showers have pressurized hot water, you will also have access to shared areas such as a free washing area, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a 65-inch TV screen and lounge chairs to enjoy series, movies and sport events, a grill to make barbecue or roast meat. 

The bathroom is shared by each two rooms.
